Strong Dynamics
Strong Dynamics has been part of my life for a long time. Coaching has shaped much of how I think about people, preparation, performance, pressure and resilience. The lessons I learned in hockey have followed me far beyond the rink.
But Strong Dynamics was never just about hockey.
This is a place to explore coaching, mindset, leadership, team culture and performance—and what helps people keep moving when things do not go according to plan. Sometimes that means preparing for a big moment. Sometimes it means responding to failure, fatigue, pressure or disappointment. Sometimes it means figuring out how to get back in the game after life has knocked you sideways.
Those lessons belong to more than athletes. They matter to coaches, business leaders, parents, teams and anyone trying to perform well, lead well and keep growing.
Sports will always be part of Strong Dynamics because they are one of the clearest places to see preparation, pressure, teamwork, adversity and recovery in action. But the ideas here are meant to travel beyond the rink, the field and the arena.
The dynamics matter wherever people are trying to become stronger, work together and perform when it matters most.
Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
